Welcoming California and Québec to the Future of Carbon Policy Forum

We’re thrilled to announce all speakers at our 2026 Future of Carbon Policy Forum, taking place January 8 at the National Nordic Museum in Seattle. We’ll hear from incredible climate and clean energy leaders, and are proud to welcome partners from California and Québec!

First up, join climate leaders from California, Washington, and Québec as we discuss plans to link our carbon markets and how subnational jurisdictions are using carbon pricing programs to advance the clean energy transition. Once Washington links its cap-and-invest program with California-Québec’s carbon market, it will join the fourth-largest market in the world.

Next, we’ll hear from Washington’s three regulatory leaders on how we can significantly increase efficient and effective clean energy siting in Washington state. Learn about what we’re doing well, what we can do better, and what comes next for Washington’s clean energy leadership.
