We bring together decision-makers through two signature bipartisan initiatives, our Study Missions and the Future of Carbon Policy Forum. Each is designed to foster collaboration and informed policy innovation by uniting policymakers, business leaders, Tribal governments, and community groups to explore successful carbon reduction strategies and strengthen pathways to a clean, thriving economy through shared learning and action.
Study Missions
Clean & Prosperous Study Missions are high-impact, curated trips that bring Washington state leaders together to observe and learn from effective climate and clean energy strategies in action both at home and abroad. Each mission is designed to deepen understanding of emerging technologies, policy implementation, and cross-sector collaboration through direct engagement with climate experts, industry leaders, and government officials. By exposing participants to successful models and lessons learned, these missions help inform Washington’s own decarbonization efforts with insights grounded in proven policy and implementation experience.
Future of Carbon Policy Forums
Our annual Future of Carbon Policy Forum brings together legislators, regulators, clean energy innovators, Tribal representatives, industry leaders and climate advocates for actionable discussions ahead of Washington’s legislative sessions. Through expert panels on key issues including transportation electrification, industrial innovation and decarbonization, and policy implementation, this event focuses the priorities for the year ahead.
Each year at the Forum, Clean & Prosperous presents the prestigious David and Patricia Giuliani Clean Energy Entrepreneur Award. Named in honor of the organization’s late founder and his wife, the award recognizes Washington state-based companies that are driving meaningful advances in clean energy innovation. Past recipients include Edo, Kenworth, Myno Carbon, and Group14.
